Smart Minds provides teacher training programs, workshops, educational consultancy, and a digital management portal for schools. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Workshop Bookings
Workshop bookings are confirmed upon our acknowledgment. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Fees and schedules are subject to mutual agreement between Smart Minds and the school/organization.

All content, materials, curricula, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Smart Minds. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Smart Minds provides services on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lalitpur, Nepal.
